Stir-fried Pork Belly

1. Ingredients: Tasmania.

2. Cooked pork belly.

3. Wash the bitter vegetables and remove them for later use.

4. Put the cooked pork belly on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the bitter vegetables and stir fry until they are broken.

6. Then, add the cut pork belly and stir fry.

7. Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

8. Saute and stir well, serve.
