Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bisporus Mushroom

Wash off the impurities, soak the bisporus mushroom in water for about 10 minutes, control the moisture of the soaked bisporus mushroom, and cut into thicker bisporus slices for later use.

Peel the onion and garlic, clean them, and cut them into chopped green onions and garlic slices.

After adding salt, there will be a lot of soup. According to personal preference, thicken the soup with water starch
