Stir-fried Pork Belly with Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips for later use

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices, smash the garlic kernels, mince and set aside

Heat a little oil in the pot, add pork belly slices and stir to get the fat

Then add minced garlic and sauté

Add bitter gourd and stir fry for a few times

Add 1 tbsp water and stir fry until 7 is ripe

Cooking into Shaoxing wine

Add sugar and stir fry a few times

Pour 1 tbsp light soy sauce

According to personal taste, add a little salt and chicken powder (or not) and continue to stir-fry until the bitter gourd is fully cooked, sprinkle a little black pepper and serve on a plate.
