Stir-fried Pork Belly with Carrots

Cut carrots into thin slices, cut peppers into cubes, and slice pork belly into thin slices.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the pork belly.

Stir-fry until the pork belly is dry and most of the fat oozes out.
4.
Add carrot slices and stir fry.
5.
Add green peppers.
6.
Add black fungus and stir fry.
7.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry well.
Tips:
The oil already has a certain amount of salt, so I didn't add salt to this dish, please adjust it according to your taste.
