Stir-fried Pork Belly with Cauliflower

1. Break the cauliflower into small pieces and soak in water with a little salt for about half an hour.

2. Wash and slice pork belly, add a small amount of salt and cooking wine, and marinate with water starch.

3. Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili.

4. Pour a little oil into the pot, add green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, pour in the pork belly, pour in a little cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry until the pork belly comes out of the oil.

5. The oil from frying pork belly is left in the bottom of the pot, add dried chilies to saute, then pour in cauliflower and stir fry, add a small amount of salt, fry until the cauliflower is discolored and broken, then pour in the pork belly and stir fry evenly, add a small amount of sugar and chicken essence to taste. Just out of the pot.
