Stir-fried Pork Belly with Dried Bamboo Shoots

1. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water one day in advance. After washing, cut into thin slices.

2. Cut garlic with an oblique knife, green and red pepper with an oblique knife, slice pork belly, separate fat and thin.

3. Put cooking oil in a hot pot, and add fatter pork belly. Stir fry over low heat to get the oil.

4. Add garlic and lean meat, stir fry until the lean meat changes color.

5. Add the dried bamboo shoots and stir fry a few times over high heat.

6. Add green and red peppers, add salt, and stir well.

7. Pour in water, cook for a few minutes on high heat, add garlic leaves, stir-fry until the garlic leaves change color, season with mushroom soy sauce, and stir well.

8. Platter.
