Stir-fried Pork Belly with Garlic

Choose fresh garlic yellow to clean the outer old leaves, soak in water for 20 minutes if time permits

Dip the clean garlic yellow to control the moisture and cut into long and even yellow garlic segments for later use

Peel the scallion and clean it, take a section and cut into chopped green onions

Rinse a piece of pork belly with warm water, and cut into even slices of pork belly

Add the right amount of peanut oil in the hot pan to fry the pork belly slices for aroma and oil, add the chopped green onion and sauté, cook the pot with cooking wine

Pour in the garlic yellow segments and stir-fry evenly

Add the right amount of oyster sauce and salt to taste, continue to stir fry evenly, then turn off the heat

Garlic yellow is easy to fry, do not fry for too long and affect the taste
