Stir-fried Pork Belly with Leek Heart

Cook the pork belly in advance and set aside.

Heat up the frying pan and fry the pork belly until both sides are yellowish

Take out and cut into thin slices

Wash the leek heart and cut it off
5.
Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry garlic and pork belly over high heat

Pour in the leek hearts and stir-fry for two minutes
