Stir-fried Leek Hearts with Minced Meat

Dice the leek heart, and marinate the minced meat with chopped pepper for a while.

Cook in a non-stick pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry minced meat for a while.

Pour the leeks and stir fry for a while.

Add half a teaspoon of salt, stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes, and take out.
