Stir-fried Pork Belly with Pleurotus Eryngii

Pleurotus eryngii sliced and peeled off

Thinly sliced pork belly

Cut ginger, garlic slices and garlic leaves

Heat the pot, add pork belly

Stir pork belly until slightly yellow and oily, add ginger and garlic slices, and sauté until fragrant

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry

Add a little salt, the water will leak out more easily

Tips:
1. Tear the eryngii mushrooms after washing.
2. Add some dried peppers to taste better.
