Stir-fried Pork Belly with Sauerkraut

After cleaning the pork belly, boil it in the pot for ten minutes, and let it cool.

Rinse the sauerkraut, squeeze the water and cut into small pieces.

Slice ginger, garlic, green onion, and dried chili.

The pork belly is sliced and fried in a pan to get fat.

Serve the fried pork belly and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, and dried chili to sauté until fragrant.

Add sauerkraut and stir-fry for a few times.

Add pork belly and stir fry.

Finally, add the green onion, add a little salt and stir-fry the chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
1. Put the pork belly into the pot and cook so that it is convenient to cut into thin slices. After the slices are sliced, the fat and oil will be fried in the pot. The fried sauerkraut will taste better with the fried oil.
2. The sauerkraut can't be washed many times, just wash it to remove the sediment, so as to better retain the sour taste
