The most common way to eat hairy belly may be to eat it with sesame sauce after boiling the hot pot, but I can’t shabu hot pot every day at home, so I made it into a cold dish so that it does not cause waste and there is an extra dish on the table.

Ingredients

1. Wash the hairy belly with clean water several times until it is clean, take 3 tablespoons of sesame sauce and stir with warm water, add ginger and minced garlic

2. Add Chinese pepper oil, add oily chili, start a pot, add ginger garlic and Chinese pepper in water

3. After boiling, pour in the cooking wine, add in the frizzy belly and scald for one minute after boiling, pour in the sesame sauce, add the coriander and mix well.

Tips:

1. The hairy belly is not easy to burn for too long, or it will get old;
2. Condiments can be put according to your own preferences.
