Stir-fried Pork Belly with Spicy Cabbage

Prepare the ingredients, cut the spicy cabbage into 6cm wide sections for later use.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put oil in the pot and heat to 50%, add pork belly. Slowly fry the oil in the pork belly until the slices of pork are curly and slightly browned, so that it tastes fat and not greasy. Then take out the pork belly, pour out the excess oil in the pot, add a little oil to 50% heat.

Tips:
Spicy cabbage is a pickled food, which contains salt, so you don't need to add salt when frying.
