Stir-fried Pork Blood with Leeks

Prepare pig blood.

Prepare a handful of leeks.
3.
Pork blood slices.
4.
Wash the leeks and cut into sections.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add pig blood.

Add some soy sauce and salt, stir fry for a good taste.

Add the leeks.

Stir evenly over high heat.
