Stir-fried Pork Blood with Leeks

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.

Pork blood slices.

Shredded ginger, minced garlic, dried chili rings⭕ set aside.

Heat the pan to oil.

After the oil is hot, add shredded ginger, minced garlic and chili rings and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add pork blood and stir fry for a while.

Add light soy sauce, fuel consumption, cooking wine, salt, sugar and pepper, and continue to stir fry for a while.

Add the leek segment at the end.

Stir fry until the leeks are dead and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate, decent 👍
Tips:
No skill, no difficulty, you can leave out dried red pepper if you don't like spicy food!
