Stir-fried Pork Heart with Beans

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little oil, add the beans in the blanching water, until the beans are cooked to seven or eight ripe;

Cut the pork heart into thin slices, add salt, ginger, cooking wine, starch and light soy sauce, mix and marinate;

Heat the pan, add some oil, add garlic slices and stir fry;

Saute the garlic slices and add the marinated pork heart to stir fry;

Stir-fry the pig's heart and change its color, add the beans and stir-fry;

Stir-fry for a few times, add salt to taste and stir-fry evenly;

Finally, add red pepper shreds and continue to fry for a few more times;
9.
Serve into the plate.
Tips:
1. The beans must be blanched in advance, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to make the beans greener; blanch the beans until they are seven or eight mature;
2. Add salt and other seasonings to the pig's heart and marinate it in advance. The stir-fry time of the pig's heart should not be too long to avoid too old.
