Stir-fried Pork Heart with Green Pepper

Cut the pig's heart, wash the blood inside, cut into thin slices, put in an empty bowl, pour a little light soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence, marinate for about 15 minutes.

Wash the green peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into diamond-shaped sections. Chop the pickled vegetables finely.

Heat the frying pan, add green peppers and pickles, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, pour in a little light soy sauce, and add appropriate amount of salt. After stirring well, pour in the marinated pork heart slices.

Stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes, stir-fry until the pig's heart is cooked but not old, then it can be served on a plate.
Tips:
Pickled vegetables are bought in vacuum-packed bags, similar to the sauerkraut used in sauerkraut fish. You can add it or not. Last night I saw some leftover on the table and added it to stir fry. If there are garlic sprouts, add some garlic sprouts to stir fry, it will be more fragrant and delicious.
