Stir-fried Pork Intestine with Chili

Rinse the pig intestine with clean water first, pick it up, pour in the flour, and knead it again and again like washing clothes until the flour removes the dirt and grease sticking to the pig intestine, and then soak it in clean water;

Pick it up and wash it repeatedly with edible salt. The fat on the back of the pig's large intestine should also be removed, and the water should be drained after washing;

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a piece of ginger, pour a little cooking wine, put the pig intestines in the pot, simmer for about 15 minutes on high heat, remove and drain;

The marinade juice is poured into a casserole and boiled. I buy ready-made marinade juice for cooking in the supermarket. It is not difficult to boil the marinade juice by myself. I buy a seasoning package at the market, add soy sauce, a little rock sugar and water and cook until it tastes good. This is my homemade marinade juice. . After the brine juice is boiled, add the pig intestines and cook for another 20 minutes, then turn off the heat, let the pig intestines soak in the pot for half a day, and then take out and cook with other ingredients;

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and shred, pick up the pig intestines, and cut them into diamond shapes;

Heat the pan, pour in edible oil, fry the shredded pepper until fragrant, then pour into the large intestine and stir fry more than a dozen times;
