Stir-fried Pork Intestine with Plums
1.
After washing the pig's large intestine, clean it with table salt (coarse salt is better).
2.
Grab it with your hands and rinse it off. Put a salt grab, and then rinse. I washed it three times in a row.
3.
After rinsing, cut into pieces of similar size.
4.
Put water and ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil.
5.
Add the cut pig intestine to blanch it to remove the fishy smell, remove and drain for later use.
6.
Shred the green pepper, red pepper, and ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and smash the garlic for later use.
7.
Wash the plums and flatten them.
8.
Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped ingredients and saute until fragrant.
9.
Pour in the blanched pig intestines.
10.
Pour in the plums and stir fry evenly.
11.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and salt and stir-fry evenly. It will be out of the pan in about three minutes.
12.
Take out the pan and serve.

Let's eat, the saliva is all over the floor. Haha
Tips:
1. The best way to eat is to eat half of plums and a piece of pig intestines. It is sour and tasty, and chewy, and it is quite refreshing.
2. But this dish should be eaten while it is hot. The taste of pig intestines after cooling down is not so good, and the plums are also relatively sour.
