Stir-fried Pork Intestines with Chili

Prepare ingredients: cooked pork intestines, spring onions, ginger, red and green peppers, garlic, vegetable oil, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence.

First cut the pork intestines that have been marinated with kitchen scissors and wash them several times with warm water to remove the excess fat.
