Stir-fried Pork Kidney with Green Pepper
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Use salt, chicken essence, oil, rice wine and pepper to make a small bowl of juice for later use (the juice is adjusted first to reduce the time for the pork loin to fry, so that it will not become old).
3.
Cut the pork loin in half, trim off the white part in the middle, try to clean it, and wash it well.
4.
Cut the pork loin into thin slices.
5.
Add ginger, cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
6.
Cut green pepper into diamond-shaped slices.
7.
When the oil is 70% hot, stir-fry the pork loin quickly and use a bowl as soon as it changes color.
8.
Stir-fry the discolored pork kidneys and put them out in a bowl for later use.
9.
Leave the oil in the pot and stir fry the green pepper slices until they become soft.
10.
Stir fry the pork loin.
11.
Pour in the adjusted juice and stir fry quickly.
12.
Put the pot on a plate and sprinkle with the green onions.
13.
It's okay.
Tips:
Stir-fried pork kidneys should be fired throughout the entire process, quickly stir fry, and the time should be short.
