Stir-fried Pork Liver

Clean pig liver and cut into long strips;

Cut into thin slices

Boil a pot of boiling water, blanch the pork liver in boiling water, cook for about one minute, remove and drain;

Cut scallions into thick shreds diagonally, slice carrots into thin slices, slice ginger into thin slices, and slice millet into slices; carrots can also be replaced with green peppers, hot peppers, cucumber slices, onions, zucchini and other easy-cooking and fresh-colored vegetables;

Pour a little oil in the wok, put the ginger and carrot slices into the wok and stir-fry to change the color; then add the shredded green onions;

Pour the pork liver and millet into the pot and stir fry a few times;

Sprinkle a little salt, a little soy sauce, light soy sauce according to the taste, and season with tones.
Tips:
1. Pork liver is more tender and refreshing after being blanched, and after mixing with vegetables, stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot;
2. The advantage of this stir-fry is that it has less oil and makes it healthier to eat.
