Stir-fried Pork Liver

Slice pork liver, rinse with water several times to remove blood, then add cooking wine, white pepper, and half an egg white to grab evenly

Cooking wine, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, oyster sauce, pepper powder, starch, and water to make a sauce for later use

Pour the oil in the pan and heat up, add the liver and fry until the color changes

Heat oil in another pot, add carrots and green peppers and stir fry for a while

Put in the liver, pour in the prepared sauce, stir fry evenly to taste, and it will be out of the pot
Tips:
Pork liver must be stir-fried, not too long, otherwise it will get old easily
