Stir-fried Pork Liver

Material: pork liver.

Ingredients: onions, green peppers.

After washing the liver with water, soak it in salt water for more than 60 minutes; rinse it and cut it into slices, add cooking wine, salt, ginger slices, and starch to marinate for 15 minutes.

Cut green pepper and onion into pieces.

Heat the pan with oil, add the liver and stir fry after the oil is warm.

When the liver changes color, take it out and set aside.

Wash the pot, add onions and green peppers and stir fry.

Pour in the liver.

Season with soy sauce and sugar and stir well.
