Stir-fried Pork Liver

Wash the pork liver slices three times, the blood is almost washed out, add starch ➕ soy sauce ➕ cooking wine to marinate for a while

Shred ginger, sliced garlic seeds, sliced peppers

Heat the oil pan until it just smokes, add the pork liver and stir-fry until it just changes color, set aside

Stir-fry chili ➕ garlic seeds ➕ ginger with a small amount of oil until 80% cooked, add salt ➕ chicken powder, then add pork liver and continue to stir-fry for one minute to get out of the pot
