Stir-fried Pork Liver and Chives

Cut pork liver into thin slices, marinate with salt, a little sugar [to remove fishy}, soy sauce, cooking wine, peanut oil, and pepper for 20 minutes, cut leek flowers, shred ginger, and chop garlic into garlic for use

Heat the wok, put the oil and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant

Add soy sauce and salt to taste

Tips:
The liver must be soaked in water for 20 minutes before it is washed before it can be used. When soaking, you can put 2 drops of vinegar in the water to remove the odor.
