Stir-fried Pork Liver with Chili

Prepare the ingredients, 200 grams of pork liver can be fried in one plate.

Prepare dried chili and Chinese pepper, and prepare bean paste and tempeh. Do not use too much sauce.

Cut the liver into thin slices, as thin and evenly as possible.

Put the pig liver in a basin, add a spoonful of salt to wash, remove the blood and soak it in clean water for a while, then transfer it into a bowl, add cooking wine and light soy sauce evenly. Change the scallion, ginger, garlic and chili with a knife to spare.

Pour oil in the wok. When cooking this kind of dishes at home, it is better to use a non-stick pan. After the oil is warm, pour the marinated liver into the pan.
