Stir-fried Pork Liver with Edamame and Mushrooms

Edamame, mushrooms

Put the pork liver on the cutting board and cut into slices.

Soak it in clean water as much as possible to remove blood from the liver.

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Wash the roots of the mushrooms.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Rinse the soaked pork liver, dry some water, add some cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and starch.

Grab it well and set aside.

Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is dead and remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the liver and stir fry.

Next, combine the mushrooms and blanched edamame, add a little water and stir fry.

Then, add some light soy sauce.

Stir-fry and serve.
