Stir-fried Pork Liver with Garlic Sprouts

Slice pork liver, add salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and shred the ginger (sliced ginger can also be used).

Put oil in the pot, wait until the oil is heated to smoke, and stir-fry the pork liver, garlic sprouts and ginger shreds. Finally, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry a few times to get out of the pan! (I forgot to take the picture of the garlic sprouts).

Tips:
When frying pork liver, the oil must be burnt until it smokes, so that the fried liver is tender enough! !
