Stir-fried Pork Liver with Green Onion and Ginger

Prepare all materials;

Soak the liver in clean water for a while, change the water several times to soak the blood;

Slice pork liver, cut pepper into sections, wash and slice tender ginger, wash and cut shallots into long sections;

Put the wok on the heat, pour in a little more oil when the pan is hot, and fry the peppercorns when the oil is slightly hot;

Add chili and ginger and stir fry until fragrant;

Add pork liver slices and stir-fry at maximum heat;

Stir-fry until the pork liver slices become discolored and then stir-fry for one minute to ensure that the liver is well-done without getting old

Add the shallots, stir fry a few times, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir and fry evenly out of the pot~
Tips:
1. After buying the liver, soak it in clean water for a while to remove the blood. If the time is urgent, change the water several times;
2. The pork liver must be fried in high heat, heavy oil, and quickly stir-fried. The amount of ginger, chili and shallots should also be sufficient, and the taste will be correct when it is fried;
