Stir-fried Pork Liver with Green Pepper
1.
Soak the liver in clean water for two hours, and remember to change the water several times during the period.
2.
Cut the liver into thin slices, put it in clean water again, wash it again, and squeeze the water.
3.
Add cooking wine and stir well, then add cornstarch, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Tip: If you want the pork liver to be fried and tender and fragrant, this step is the key. It can remove the fishy and make the liver not easy to grow old.
4.
Remove the stems of the green pepper, wash and cut into diagonal slices, peel off the ginger and garlic, wash and cut.
5.
Raise the frying pan, add the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the pork liver and fry until the color changes.
6.
Pull the liver aside, add green peppers and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Sprinkle in salt and stir well.
8.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry, then serve.
