Stir-fried Pork Liver with Hot Pepper

                                Pickled pork liver slices with cooking wine starch and a little soy sauce.

                                Add chili and ginger garlic slices in hot oil and saute for about 2-3 minutes.

                                Add the marinated pork liver and stir fry.
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Stir-fry for a while, add salt and MSG to taste.
                                    
                            
                            
                                5.
                                1-2 minutes will do.

                                Remember not to be too long or the liver will get old.
