Stir-fried Pork Liver with Hot Pepper and Lei Sun

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, pork liver (sliced and rinsed), hot peppers (cleaned and cut)

Peel the bamboo shoots and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Add the right amount of cooking wine to the chopped liver.

Add the right amount of starch.

Mix well and set aside.

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of clean water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the cut peppers and the mixed pork liver, stir fry until cooked.

Then, stir-fry the blanched bamboo shoots.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
