Stir-fried Pork Liver with Sizzling Onion

Prepare the raw materials, soak the pork liver in water in advance after slicing (this step is very important, it can remove part of the blood and odor)

Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, cooking wine and light soy sauce and other seasonings to marinate the liver;

To make a bowl of juice: Add appropriate amount of salt to the minced garlic and red pepper, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix evenly with a little water and set aside;

Tips:
