#春食野菜香# Stir-fried Pork Liver with Wolfberry Vegetables

Prepared wolfberry vegetables.

Rinse with salt water. Drain.
3.
Slice the pork belly and rinse with water two or three times.
4.
Boil the ginger and shallots in the pot. Blanch the liver for two or three seconds and then remove it to wash away any foam.

Put oil, ginger slices in the pot, add pork liver and stir fry for a while, then set it out.
6.
Add Chinese wolfberry, remove with chopsticks, and stir fry.
7.
Add the fried pork liver, stir-fry evenly with a little salt.
8.
Load the dish.
Tips:
1. The liver slices should be rinsed to remove blood.
2. The ginger onion can be watered to remove the fishy, or the ginger onion can be marinated and fried.
