The wolfberry grown by my mother is tender and fat, and it is used to make a great soup!

Lycium Barbarum Leaf Lean Meat Soup

1. Pick off the medlar leaves one by one and wash them (the stems are not needed, you can also cut into small pieces and put them in the soup to taste)

2. Drain the medlar leaves, cut the lean meat into thin slices, add in an appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, oil consumption, and sugar to taste

3. Add oil, salt and ginger in a hot pan, and fry it for a fragrant flavor

4. Pour in the right amount of hot water

5. After the water is boiled, add the wolfberry leaves, and the wolfberry leaves will taste smooth after cooking for a while
