Stir-fried Pork Noodles with Fungus

1. Put salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, pepper, eggs in the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

3. Pour oil in the wok, fry the shredded green onion and ginger

4. Put in shredded pork and fungus
