Stir-fried Pork Ribs with Tempeh and Green Peppers

1. Rinse the tempeh with water

2. Garlic, chopped

3. Ginger peeled and chopped

4. Wash the ribs and marinate with a little light soy sauce

5. Round green pepper cut into pieces

6. Pour proper amount of oil into the pot, add tempeh, garlic, minced ginger, and sauté

7. Pour the ribs and stir fry

8. Sprinkle with sugar

9. Pour in a bowl of water, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes

10. Pour the green peppers and stir fry

11. Sprinkle in salt

12. Pour in a little water, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, then it will be out of the pot

Tips:

The tempeh is a bit salty, don't add too much salt at once, try the taste and see how much salt you add.
