Stir-fried Pork Skin with Garlic Moss

Cut cooked pork skin into strips.

Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections, and cut two red peppers into circles.

Cut the ginger and garlic into minced pieces, and chop the green onions.

Put oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic, add garlic moss and pepper rings, add salt and fry until delicious.

Pour in the pig skin and continue to fry, add a little water and cook until the pig skin is soft.

Add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, chicken noodles, add chopped green onion and stir well, then serve.
