Fried Pork Rinds with Onions
1.
Peel the onions, wash them, and cut into pieces. Onions are best to choose from purple onions.
2.
Clean the raw pork skins, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the pork skins to a boil, wait until the pig skins become transparent and turn off the heat, remove them and clean them carefully, pluck out the pig hairs that have not been plucked, and then remove them. Remove all the sticky fat on the skin, clean it up, and cook it in the pot again, don't boil it.
3.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté five-spice powder, add onion chunks and stir fry.
4.
Add cooked pork skin and stir fry.
5.
Add salt, light soy sauce, and pepper to taste. You can leave it out if you don't like the taste of pepper.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Just cook the pork skin, don't cook it badly, otherwise the taste will not be good.
