Stir-fried Pork Tenderloin with Shredded Pumpkin

Prepare the pumpkin.

Wash and shred the tender pumpkin and set aside.

Shred the ginger, dice green onions, and cut green pepper into thick shreds and set aside.

Chop garlic and set aside.

Put the tenderloin slices into a bowl, add cooking wine and starch, and mix well.

Put the salad oil in the pot over the heat. When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded ginger and chopped green onion and fry it until fragrant.

Then add the tenderloin and stir-fry evenly.

When the tenderloin changes color, use a spatula to cut it. When it is easily cut, add soy sauce and stir well.

Add the shredded pumpkin and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add salt and stir-fry for about half a minute.

Add garlic and stir fry for about half a minute.
12.
Add green peppers when they are about 9 mature.
13.
Then stir-fry for about 2 minutes before serving.
