Stir-fried Pork with Asparagus, Snow Pea and Fungus

Slice the chicken breast and marinate the meat ➕ salt sugar ➕ cooking wine ➕ diced powder. Asparagus diagonal cutter, green beans, fungus, white mushroom, green, red and yellow pepper, ginger and garlic

Blanch the white mushrooms first, blanch the asparagus for 30 seconds, the snow peas for 10 seconds, and the chicken breast for 10 seconds.
