Stir Fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Cut the sauced meat into slices and set aside.

Cut the tip of the bamboo shoot and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the sliced sauced meat and stir fry.

Combine the cut bamboo shoot tips and stir fry.

Add some water and cook for 2 minutes.

Set aside some salt and chicken essence.

Season and stir well.

Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
