Stir-fried Pork with Chili (same for Pork and Beef)

Prepare the materials as shown in the figure

Shred the meat with cornstarch, 4-5 drops of oil, a teaspoon of cooking wine, and a spoonful of light soy sauce to marinate for a while. The side dishes are cut as shown.

When the oil is hot, stir-fry the ingredients and add a little light soy sauce until fragrant.

After the side dishes are fragrant, set aside the marinated meat and cooking wine (in the shovel)
