Stir-fried Pork with Cucumber Flower

Shred the lean meat, add salt, minced ginger garlic, and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for half an hour, soak the cucumber flowers in brine

Stir-fry lean pork shreds in hot oil until the color changes, then remove for use

Tips:
1. When the cucumber flowers are cooked, it is best to soak them in salt water in advance, so that you can eat more at ease
2. If you like spicy, add some chili to look good and delicious.
3. It’s not easy to stir-fry cucumbers for too long, so make sure it’s crispy
