When the seasons change, when you have no appetite, come with a small fried pork with garlic sprouts. The rich sauce flavor, coupled with the slightly spicy flavor of garlic sprouts and millet peppers, tastes incredibly fragrant and makes you appetite.

Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

1. Prepare the materials

2. Wash and cut pork belly

3. Ginger slices, garlic sprouts cut into sections

4. Add water to the pot, add meat and ginger after the water is boiled and cook for 5 minutes

5. Put the cooked pork belly in cold water, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and freeze in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

6. Take out the frozen pork belly and cut into thin slices

7. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add pork belly when it is 70% hot, stir fry and add millet pepper

8. After the pork belly is stir-fried and the oil comes out, add the sauce and stir-fry, pour in the garlic sprouts, simmer and serve.

Tips:

Because the sauce has a taste, the salt can be left alone
