Stir-fried Pork with Green Bamboo Shoots

The ingredients are in place

Green bamboo shoots and rice whites are cut into slices

Cut the pork with a knife and mix it with starch and water
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and put the meat slices
5.
Add chopped green onion and stir fry to change color
6.
Put in a pint of fresh
7.
Put in the green bamboo shoots
8.
Stir fry and put in the right amount of salt
9.
Just pour a few drops of sesame oil and add a little red pepper to garnish
Tips:
Both the bamboo shoots and the bamboo shoots do not need to be blanched.
