Stir-fried Pork with Green Beans in Sauce
1.
Prepare materials. Remove the head and tail and bean tendons of string beans and wash them. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, clean and drain. Wash red peppers, green onions, sliced ginger, garlic and set aside.
2.
Then pick the kidney beans into segments, pour a small half pot of water into the pot, add the kidney bean segments, and then boil over high heat for blanching. It must be blanched a little bit, the kidney beans cannot be raw. I would rather blanch it!
3.
After blanching, remove, drain and set aside.
4.
Clean the pot and dry it with kitchen paper towels. Turn on medium heat, add the drained pork belly slices, and start to fry.
5.
After frying until the meat slices are basically discolored, you can pour corn oil into it, so that the oil will not splash and is safer. Stir fry for a while.
6.
Then add the ginger slices and garlic slices (cut garlic into slices) and stir fry together until fragrant. Stir-fry for a while to make the meat slightly yellow and burnt, so that the finished meat will be burnt and fragrant, super delicious, and not greasy at all!
7.
Pour in the cooking wine to remove the fishy, add the chili sauce and stir fry together for seasoning.
8.
Then add the blanched kidney beans and stir fry for half a minute.
9.
Remove the stems and seeds of the red pepper, cut into chunks, add and stir fry for 1 minute.
10.
Finally, add salt to taste, stir fry once it will melt the salt, and turn off the heat for the flavor!
11.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Slightly spicy stir-fried pork slices with green beans in sauce is complete, isn't it simple?
Tips:
Note 1. The green beans must be blanched and then fried to make sure they are cooked! Can't be caught!
2. Personally suggest that 1 tablespoon and a half of chili sauce is enough, just slightly spicy!
3. Add the red pepper at the end and fry until it is broken!
4. It does not matter if you don't scatter the chopped green onion!
