Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper
1.
Wash the green peppers and slice them (I forgot to take pictures), and finely chop the ginger.
2.
Two eggs, knock them in a bowl, beat them up
3.
Turn on high heat and pour cooking oil into the pot. The oil can be a little bit more, because the meat will be fried later. When the oil is 80 minutes hot (it just started to smoke), pour in the egg liquid, fry it, and put it on a plate for later use.
4.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry. Mix the meat with a tablespoon of cooking wine before putting it in the pot.
5.
After the pork slices are fried and discolored, add the green pepper slices.
6.
After the green peppers have a spicy taste (if the green peppers are not spicy, then observe the color of the green peppers, it should be beautiful green), pour in two tablespoons of swedish soy sauce and stir fry quickly.
7.
After feeling the green peppers start to soften, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry a few more times, pour in the scrambled eggs, stir fry a few more times, let the eggs and other ingredients mix well, and it can be out of the pan.
8.
It is a home-cooked dish for serving. Especially the eggs are very delicious.
Tips:
1. It's better to fry the egg a little bit older, it will taste better.
2. Regarding condiments, I don't like to put pepper noodles, thirteen flavors, and MSG. I always feel that the dishes with these things have the same flavor.
