Fool-style Thirteen Spiced Crayfish

First wash the crayfish with clean water, cut off the shrimp and dry the water for later use.

Wash the thin-skinned green peppers, do not remove the seeds, break them into lumps with your hands and set aside

Crush the garlic with a knife, remove the skin and set aside

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the washed crayfish to a boil.

Add crayfish paste and beer, turn to a low heat and boil for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, add thin-skinned green pepper cubes and garlic, and mix well.

Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. Be sure to pick fresh, live and clean ones, and don't have dead ones, otherwise it will spoil the taste of the whole pot of shrimps.
2. The cooking time should be strictly in accordance with the process regulations, otherwise it is easy to get old or not taste good.
